TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FOCUS ACADEMY's services. By enrolling in our courses, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not enroll in our courses.

1. Every student is expected to maintain discipline in and outside the classroom. In case of violation, the institute reserves the right to dis-enrol any student without any refund of fee.
2. All students are required to bring their own notebooks in the class and Study materials will be given through Serial Number.
3. FOCUS ACADEMY reserves the right to make any alternations in its programme/fees/faculty/venue of classes without any prior notice to anybody. However, all the changes will be informed to the students.
5. Students are required to submit photocopy of their Aadhar Cards.
4. Students enrolled under classroom courses will not be shifted to postal course.
6. It is Mandatory to attach two photographs with the form at the time of admission (The Name & Photo of Candidate may be published in the list of Successful Candidates in Current or future Sessions for promotion of institute.)
7. In case student is not able to continue the classes due to some unforseeable reasons, can replace the seat with another student within the 1st three months of the commencement of either batch or course and the replaced student not be the current student of FOCUS ACADEMY.
8. If the applicant registers successfully and/or pays the registration fees but fails to pay the required fee on or before the batch starts his/her admission will stand cancelled without any further notification.
9. Study material will not be provided to the previous year classroom students.
10. In all aspects Management's decision will be final and binding. * If the course completion is delayed, students enrolled in weekend batch will have to attend the classes in regular batch/class as per time specified by institute.
11. No Fee Refundable in any case.
